How to do
  1. Sit and stretch your legs forward by keeping them together.
  2. Fold the right leg and place the right foot outside of the left knee.
  3. Take support from your right hand, a few inches behind the back on the right side.
  4. Raise your left hand and hold right foot from outside of the right knee while twisting the shoulders and upper body to the right side as shown in the picture.
  5. Similarly, perform the same with the left leg over the stretched right foot.
