How to do
  1. Lay down on the back, flat on the ground.
  2. Keep the head upwards straight and keep both feet 1 foot apart.
  3. Keep both hands near to the body with the palm upwards and fingers open.
  4. Relax the entire body and you may turn the head slightly to one side, closing the eyes.
  5. Continue to breathe deeply and naturally.
  6. Starting from the toes to the head, check and be aware of each body part while inhaling and exhaling.
