How to do
  1. Sit and stretch both legs outwards as much as possible.
  2. While bending the knee, join the bottom of feet together with the soles of the feet touching squarely.
  3. Interlock the fingers of both hands and hold both feet. Brings heels as close as possible to the groin area.
  4. By keeping the spine straight, pull your chest out, and the thighs should touch the ground.
  5. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
