How to do
  1. Stand four feet apart by turning the toes outer side and heels facing each other.
  2. Bend your knees, by keeping the heel and knees in the same line.
  3. Slowly stretch your hands above the head and join in Namaskar mudra by keeping the elbows straight.
  4. Keep your spine erect, look straight at your eye level.
  5. Relax into the pose with deep breathing.
  6. Hold the pose for 30 seconds.
Who should avoid
  1. People with excess weight need to pay extra attention to maintain balance.
  2. People with severe leg pains should avoid this asana.
